On Tuesday, the Senate Armed Services Committee will look at the "Future of Warfare" with former officials and top defense experts, including retired Air Force Gen. Keith Alexander, a former commander of U.S. Cyber Command and former director of the National Security Agency. Also testifying are Center For Strategic And Budgetary Assessments senior fellow Bryan Clark; Paul Scharre, senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security; and Peter Singer, strategist and senior fellow at the New America Foundation.
