Comments to Education Department on Delay of State Authorization for Distance Ed Rule

Amy Laitinen, Jared Bass, and Clare McCann of New America's higher education team submitted these comments to the Education Department, calling on the agency to implement regulations already on the books related to state authorization of distance education programs and foreign locations. The Department had proposed to delay the rules for two years.
