A federal judge in Massachusetts has blocked a rule from Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, limiting CARES Act emergency grant aid to college students who qualify for federal student aid.

The ruling today from U.S. District Judge Leo Sorokin prohibits DeVos and the Department of Education from enforcing her rule against students attending a college or university in Massachusetts.
