Tim Harmon is president of Workforce Enterprise Services, Inc., (WES) a consulting firm focused on program design, evaluation and performance improvement for postsecondary education and workforce development organizations. Along with Dr. Bragg, he is conducting research in support of the community college baccalaureate, including assisting with the program inventory and development of improved methods for occupational supply and demand analysis.
