Teresa Mooney is a program associate with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), where she leads state work on open educational resources. Her work is focused on supporting college- and career-readiness standards implementation and equitable access to high-quality instructional materials. Before joining CCSSO, she taught fourth grade in San Antonio, TX and 6th grade in San Jose, California.
