Rob Oldham is a PhD candidate in politics at Princeton University and will be an APSA Congressional Fellow in 2024–2025. His published papers investigate the relationship between supermajority rules and bipartisan policymaking and how the media covers legislative achievements. His dissertation considers congressional policymaking in response to crises during the era of polarization.
