Noelani Mussman is Manager for Teacher and School Leader Development at DC Public Schools leading cohort-based learning and professional development for the teacher to school leader talent pipeline. She brings over 20 years of experience as a school and instructional leader focusing primarily on early childhood and elementary dual language programs and working to create more equitable experiences for diverse learners and caregivers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and comparative literature from Brown University, a master’s degree in teaching from Johns Hopkins University, and is a doctoral student in curriculum and pedagogy at George Washington University.
