Noel Overby was an intern through Urban Alliance with the Education Policy Program. During her internship, she supported the Partnership to Advance Youth Apprenticeship and contributed writing and analysis to CELNA. She is a 2021 graduate of Bard High School Early College in Washington, DC and is pursuing a degree at Carnegie Mellon.
