Navya Kaur was part of New America’s New Practice Lab sprint focusing on increasing uptake of the earned income credit in the state of New York. She graduated from San José State University in May 2020 with a major in American Studies and a minor in Computer Science. Previously, she has participated in design fellowships with the City of Boston and the U.S International Trade Administration. She is particularly passionate about applying human-centered design principles to improve policy and governmental processes.
