Moira Birss is a senior fellow with Climate and Community Institute and an independent consultant providing visionary strategic advising and public policy design for climate and economic justice. Birss has over 20 years of advocacy, research, campaigning, and on-the-ground experience, and her issue areas of expertise include climate financial regulation, home insurance, carbon markets, human rights protection, and public policy in Latin America. Birss holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MA from the Fletcher School of International Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
