Mimi Howard is an advisor for strategy and systems at School Readiness Consulting (SRC). She researches and authors reports on emerging early learning issues, such as P–3 policy and practice, kindergarten transitions, family engagement, and workforce development. Mimi holds an MS in early childhood development from Colorado State University and a BA from the University of Colorado.
