Meredith Hanley was the board liaison and director of development for New America where she was responsible for the organization's day to day fundraising operations and development strategy and implementation. She worked with its board, leadership and programs to provide strategic guidance to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.
Prior to joining New America, Meredith worked as a development advisor for the National Health Law Program and New America's Education Policy Program. She has extensive nonprofit experience in fundraising, program development, external relations, and communications. Meredith began her career as an occupational therapist working in PK12 special education and hospital-based health care.
