Matthew Impink

Matthew Impink is an associate faculty member at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Indianapolis. He has spent the past two years embedded with the Quality of Life Unit in the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, where he consults on housing and workforce challenges. Impink also serves as the executive director of career link at Ivy Tech Indianapolis, leading efforts in skills training and employer engagement across the Indianapolis region. Previously, he held policy and program leadership roles at EmployIndy and the Indy Chamber.

He proudly lives in downtown Indianapolis with his partner, Allissa, and their three daughters. Impink is active in civic life, serving as president of the Fletcher Place Neighborhood Association and as a board member of the Simon Youth Foundation.
