Maddy Rodriguez is a partner at Foley Hoag LLP and co-chair of the firm’s Education practice. Maddy represents colleges and universities in civil cases and investigations and provides schools with day-to-day counseling and training. This work includes regularly advising university clients regarding civil rights issues. A fluent Spanish speaker, Maddy has also represented numerous immigrants from South and Central America in navigating U.S. federal immigration law, particularly unaccompanied refugee children and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
