MacGregor Obergfell was higher education policy intern for the Education Policy Program. He is currently a master's candidate in higher education at the University of Maryland, College Park. His interests include public financing of higher education, governance models, and administration. He recently presented a paper he wrote at the Association for Education Finance and Policy National Conference in Portland, Ore. on tuition freezes and enrollment.
