Lisa Goldman

Lisa Goldman was a fellow in the International Security Program. Prior to relocating to New York City in 2012, she lived and worked for over a decade in the Middle East, covering Israel-Palestine and the immediate region, including the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict and the 2011 Egyptian uprising. Her analysis of the Israeli media's coverage of the 2009 invasion of Gaza received an international journalism award for conflict reporting and her byline has been published in a wide variety of European and North American media outlets. She is a co-founder and contributing editor to +972 (972mag.com), a progressive digital magazine that is based in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
