Kirk Jackson

Kirk Jackson was New America's front-end visualization developer on the communications team whose work focused on building data visualizations to support a wide range of policy areas. His interests range from urban planning and cartography to education equity and opportunity.

Prior to joining New America, he contributed to visualization projects for the New York City Department of City Planning, served as a Tufts Educational MAKERspace Fellow, and interned with Nokia’s HERE Maps. He received his bachelor’s in Computer Science from Tufts University.
