Kevin McAlister, PhD, is a lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Research in Emory University's Department of Quantitative Theory and Methods, and political methodologist who studies American political institutions. His work exists at the intersection of formal models of political behavior, statistical modeling, and legislative behavior. His work in this area received the John T. Williams Dissertation Prize in 2018 from the Society for Political Methodology.
