Katharine Parham is a former intern for the Education Policy program at New America with the Early & Elementary Education team. Previously, Katie worked for four years in New Orleans' public schools as a teacher and administrator. Katie has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
