Justine Gluck is a consultant at the Micro Nano Technology Education Center (MNT-EC) and an AI Fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF), where she focuses on the intersection of workforce development and emerging technologies. Her work explores how U.S. leadership and investment in science and technology, particularly through initiatives like the CHIPS and Science Act, can strengthen community colleges and expand economic opportunity.
She previously conducted research at the Harvard Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs focused on the role of community colleges in advancing national competitiveness through the CHIPS and Science Act. She also conducted research with the Harvard Project on the Workforce on strategies to design and fund inclusive workforce development systems. Justine is passionate about aligning technology policy with workforce equity and creating pathways for students and workers.
She holds a B.A. from Pomona College and an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Tufts University, where she specialized in technology and global policy.
