Hadass Sheffer is the Senior Fellow, co-Founder and past President of the Graduate! Network, Inc. Her career centers on lifting up populations through post-secondary education to ensure more equitable participation in economic and social opportunities. In 2005 she founded Graduate! Philadelphia, the first ecosystem approach for increasing postsecondary attainment for lower-income adults with some college, no degree. As the successful model attracted other locales, The Graduate! Network evolved nationally to support local and state investment and action for increasing adult postsecondary attainment.
