Chelsea Wilhelm was a Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) Fellow with the Education Policy program at New America. Before joining New America she taught at a Head Start center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Chelsea is a Maryland native and received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
