Brian Stromberg is the national policy director for Grounded Solutions Network, where he leads the organization’s advocacy work on federal policy and housing finance. He has been engaged with community land trusts and shared equity homeownership since 2008 after seeing their potential for preserving communities for their people rather than their property values. Between completing his PhD in Planning and Public Policy in 2016 and his current position, Stromberg worked as a social science analyst in HUD’s Office of Policy Development and Research.
