Apoorva Katikaneni was the Program Associate at New America California.
Previously, Apoorva was the Operations Manager at Hope for the Day, a non-profit based in Chicago. During her time there she assisted them in setting up their social enterprise and planning fundraising events. Prior to moving to the United States, she worked for ACCESS Health International, a think tank focused on improving healthcare, in India. Here she worked on documenting healthcare innovations, improving the environment for public-private partnerships and influencing policy with state governments.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and an MBA from India.
