Anna Mercury is a member of the Well-Being Economy Writing Cohort, an initiative of New America’s Family Economic Security and Well-Being portfolio and the Well-Being Economy Alliance. Launched in 2025 by FESW Fellow Elizabeth Garlow, it convenes a small group of writers working at the intersection of economics, policy, and well-being.
Mercury is a writer, artist, and community organizer based in the Pacific Northwest. Her debut novel Genesis will be released in summer 2026 by Vine Leaves Press.
