Alexis DiSanza is the foundation relations and grants manager for New America. In this role, she develops and manages relationships with foundations and supports programs in achieving their fundraising goals.
Before joining New America, DiSanza worked on institutional fundraising at the Project On Government Oversight, the Environmental Defense Fund, and the Sunlight Foundation. She also completed an AmeriCorps term with City Year, DC, where she tutored second-grade students.
DiSanza has a bachelor's degree in political science from Gonzaga University. In her free time, you can find her working with animals at the local animal shelter, or walking her dog Sisko. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband.
