Top Findings:

  • Forty-one percent of respondents report having depression, whether it be major or moderate.
  • Three in ten of "all students" report receiving mental health therapy or counseling in the past year. Four in ten students with depression or anxiety received mental health therapy or counseling in the past year.
  • Nearly half (47 percent) of "all students" report receiving mental health therapy or counseling in their lifetime. The rate is 59 percent for those with depression or anxiety.
