[ONLINE] - Foreclosure and Eviction Analysis Tool (FEAT) 2.0: Introducing a Web Application

Event

Across the U.S., housing leaders often find it difficult to answer basic questions, like: how many people lose their home each year? Which neighborhoods are hardest hit? And, who is most at risk?

Over the past year, the Future of Land and Housing program at New America partnered with DataKind to develop a web application for the Foreclosure and Eviction Analysis Tool (FEAT). The FEAT web application transforms local eviction and foreclosure court data into outputs that show where housing loss is most acute, when during the year housing loss is occurring, and who is most impacted. For jurisdictions that don’t have access to their own data, FEAT seamlessly integrates with Eviction Lab data, producing these same outputs for the 10 states and 33 cities included in the Eviction Tracking System.

Join us for a virtual event with a live demonstration of the newly-released web application, and a panel discussion with local and national housing leaders who are using FEAT to inform local housing policy.
