Eviction Data Response Network Application Informational Webinar

Event

Each year millions of Americans face eviction, yet most state and local leaders don’t track how many evictions are happening in their community, where they occur, or who is impacted. Without comprehensive and reliable data on evictions, decision-makers can’t design or implement effective policies that keep families stably housed.

New America’s Eviction Data Response Network (EDRN) is a bold initiative to change that reality. From 2026 to 2028, EDRN will convene 10 state partners in successive two-year cohorts and support them in building quality eviction data infrastructure in communities across their state. This support includes:

  • Passthrough funding for dedicated staffing capacity to manage eviction data infrastructure
  • Access to a pool of technology coaches and experts to solve complex technical challenges
  • One-on-one coaching and peer learning opportunities with participating EDRN states
  • A bank of resources and tools that yield advocacy and policy insights

After a successful grant period, EDRN partners will have:

  • Broken down silos to build effective multi-sector eviction data problem-solving teams
  • Convened these teams to sustain a reliable pipeline of aggregated and disaggregated high-quality statewide eviction data and related strategic infrastructure
  • Begun leveraging analysis of this data to inform policy and program interventions to help keep families stably housed

Applications are due by 5 PM ET on March 3, 2026. For more details on the application process and requirements, visit our the EDRN application landing page.
