Bridget Chan (she/her) is a fellow with the Future Security program , where she works on cyber workforce development partnerships with NIST’s National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education and Florida International University. She is currently an Advisor at CAS Strategies, a strategic advisory firm helping leaders govern and deploy emerging technologies, and an independent consultant specializing in building start-up initiatives that shape technology policy. Previously, she served as Program Manager for the #ShareTheMicInCyber Fellowship at New America, a research initiative strengthening the next-generation leadership pipeline in cybersecurity and technology policy. The Fellowship earned coverage in Axios and POLITICO Weekly Cybersecurity, was featured at RSA Conference and the Stanford Trust and Safety Conference, and briefed leadership at CISA and ONCD. Her broader background spans philanthropy, grassroots nonprofits, and the federal government.
