Callahan Farr

Research Associate, Future Security Scenarios Lab

Callahan Farr is a New America research associate from Tempe, Arizona. A proud Sun Devil, Callahan earned his bachelor's in Global Studies from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University and his master's in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Callahan's experiences in wargaming and running crisis simulations have led to his current role in Ctrl Alt Deter, a project at New America's Future Security Scenarios Lab that explores the idea of restoring and maintaining deterrence after a nuclear strike. While preparing scenarios, conducting interviews, and pitching in for the office lunch, Callahan will be working alongside FSSL Director Dr. Amy J.
