HEA Recommendations to the Senate HELP Committee

The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions put out a request for comments on the reauthorization of the Higher Education Act in February 2018. New America's Higher Education Initiative provided these recommendations in response. The recommendations cover a wide array of topics, including federal financial aid, accountability, and postsecondary data.
