Second-Round Comments on Experimental Sites Initiative Data Collection

The Department of Education published a draft data collection request for its ongoing experiments under the Experimental Sites Initiative, which is designed to test reforms to federal financial aid in a limited setting so that the Department can make recommendations to Congress about future policy changes. New America’s Higher Education Initiative submitted these comments on the second (revised) version of the ICR in January 2018, urging the Department to collect more and better information.
