[ONLINE] - Celebrating the 2021 LGBTQIA+ Out in National Security Leadership and New Voices List
Event
On Thursday, June 17, join Political Reform, Out in National Security, and Rep. Elissa Slotkin (MI-08) to celebrate this year’s Out in National Security Leaders and New Voices and talk for real about where we've been and where we're going. Honorees and special guests will join us to discuss what it means to be LGBTQIA+ in the space today. We'll also hear about the next generation of efforts to change law, custom, and policy to respect, empower and include all Americans.
In the fight to bring inclusion, diversity, equity, and access to public service and national security, New America has been a proud partner of Out in National Security, one of many organizations dedicated to making sure that those who lead the nation look like those they’re sworn to serve.
Co-hosted by Out in National Security and the New America New Models of Policy Change Initiative.
