Sabiha Zainulbhai
Deputy Director, Domestic Housing
Sabiha Zainulbhai is Deputy Director of Domestic Housing for New America’s Future of Land and Housing program. Zainulbhai’s work at New America focuses on ensuring that housing and land use policy in the United States advances racial justice.
Prior to New America, Zainulbhai worked at the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development (CNHED) in Washington, DC, where she conducted research and data analysis on local affordable housing and community development issues. Before CNHED, Zainulbhai was a principal research analyst at NORC @ the University of Chicago, where she conducted quantitative and qualitative research on small and large-scale health policy interventions.
Zainulbhai holds a master of public policy degree from the Gerald R. Ford School at the University of Michigan and a BA from the George Washington University.
