Rachel Curtis

Senior Program Associate

Rachel Curtis serves as the Senior Program Associate for New America’s Teaching, Learning & Technology team. Before joining New America, Curtis worked at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs supporting graduate programming while earning her MA in International Development Studies. During her studies, Curtis conducted research on migrant health outcomes in Ecuador and the subsequent policy implications. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Elon University where she spent time supporting the integration of refugee families into local communities through her research on self-sufficiency.
