Graham Webster is a research scholar in the Program on Geopolitics, Technology, and Governance and editor-in-chief of the DigiChina Project at Stanford University. He was previously a China digital economy fellow at New America, where he co-founded DigiChina, a cross-organization effort to analyze, translate, and contextualize Chinese digital policy developments.
