Youth apprenticeship is a proven strategy for connecting the learning needs of youth with the talent needs of employers, but in the US, it is still a nascent field. During this plenary session, philanthropic leaders will discuss why they are investing in youth apprenticeship and how philanthropic efforts, in coordination with public and private sector investments, can maximize impact and scale.
