A recent paper from the Brooking’s Institution’s Brown Center on Education Policy reviews 15 reports issued out of the Gates Foundation funded Reimagining Aid Design and Delivery (RADD) project. The report lays out the areas of agreement and disagreement among the fifteen RADD proposals and concludes by recommending that policymakers implement the reforms with the most widespread support..
