Reid Cramer on Wisconsin Public Radio

Americans need to build up their savings, but what can be done to make that task easier? Reid Cramer laid out a number of policy ideas in his piece, “The Assets Agenda,” in the current, special issue of The Washington Monthly. This week, Reid was on Wisconsin Public Radio’s “At Issue with Ben Merens” to discuss his article and the pro-savings policy solutions featured therein. He also got to hear from a number of hard-working, ordinary Americans about how savings is a challenge for them, and how some have succeeded and others have come up short.
