Ex Partes on the Broadband Labels FNPRM

OTI joined other public interest organizations in submitting ex partes in response to the Federal Communications Commission's Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM) on broadband labels. The organizations stress that the proposed FNPRM does not address ongoing concerns about whether providers are complying with the Broadband Label Order or ask how the label can be improved, but it focuses solely on weakening requirements for the labels.
