Effective Unemployment Rate 19%

According to labor market expert Leo Hindery Jr., there are still 30.2 million people effectively unemployed in the United States. This includes workers who are part-time for economic reasons and workers who have not looked for work during the past four weeks but still want a job. Including these workers, November’s effective unemployment rate is 19%.
