Comments on ACICS Compliance Concerns

On November 20, 2020, New America submitted comments to the Department of Education regarding compliance concerns with the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). New America also joined with other organizations to submit a separate comment. ACICS is scheduled to come before the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity (NACIQI) in February 2021 for multiple areas of non-compliance found by Department staff.
