Please join New America as we welcome Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Sardar Masood Khan to discuss the August 5 redesignation of India-administered Jammu and Kashmir, as well as ongoing legal and humanitarian aspects of the Pakistan- and India-administered territories. President Sardar Masood Khan is the 27th President of AJK and entered office in August 2016. Joining the conversation is New America Senior Fellow, Dr. Anish Goel. Goel previously served as Senior Director for South Asia for the White House’s National Security Council. He has also served as a professional staff member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Armed Services.
