Please join State Senator Carol Liu, Los Angeles Department of Aging, Los Angeles County Community and Senior Services, UCLA Center for Health Policy Research, and the Insight Center for a breakfast forum about what it really takes seniors to get by in Los Angeles. The Insight Center, in partnership with UCLA Center for Health Policy Research, will be releasing the 2010 Elder Economic Security Standard Index, a county-specific measure of what it takes seniors to meet their basic needs. We will also spotlight innovative programs and policies that are helping seniors thrive in our communities, including the launch of the NCOA Economic Security Initiative demonstration in Los Angeles.
Please RSVP to epolk@insightcced.org.
