[ONLINE] – Bridging Our Divides
- Virtual
- 8PM – 9PM EDT
This event is presented by The Progress Network.
We're living in an age of disappointment, insecurity, and instability, a sentiment the pandemic has made all the more clear. Meanwhile, the soon-to-come administration changeover does not change a fundamental reality about our nation: we are a country divided, characterized by collapsing levels of trust in our institutions, in our politics, and in each other.
How did we get into this mess, and how do we get out? Join The Progress Network (TPN) for a conversation with TPN Members David Brooks and Theodore R. Johnson, hosted by our founder, Zachary Karabell, centered around this question. We'll examine ideas for how to bridge our divides at both an individual and collective level, so that we can build a new national solidarity that fulfills America's potential as a more perfect union as well as renews our faith in ourselves, our fellow Americans, and our world.
