The New America Higher Education Policy Team submitted comments on the Post Secondary Commission's (PSC) (an aspiring accreditor) July 2025 revision of its accreditation standards.

The comments raise concerns that PSC has continued to weaken its standards. In particular the revision removes requirements that PSC accredited colleges work to reduce disparities in outcomes like graduation rates, and post graduation earnings, between different demographically defined groups of students.
