New America's Student Parent Team Submitted a Letter of Support for Washington's SB 6227

In January 2026, the New America Higher Education Team submitted a letter of support for Washington's Senate Bill 6227. This bill would formalize data collection protocols to support parenting students and implement a workgroup to provide recommendations for identifying parenting students.
