Comments to NACIQI on a Student-Level Data Network

NACIQI, an independent advisory body to the Department of Education on higher education accreditation matters, plans to hold a February 2018 panel on how a federal student-level data network could support its work to increase a focus on outcomes in accreditation. New America’s higher education program provided these comments urging NACIQI to recommend that Congress pass legislation in support of that policy.
