All our Resources on Combatting Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
An overview of the Better Life Lab's research and writing on workplace sexual harassment.
Sexual harassment in the workplace is a severe and pervasive problem in every sector, from low-wage to high-wage, from male-dominated to female-dominated. And the effects of sexual harassment are felt far beyond the interaction and its victims. It has the potential to rob individuals of their physical and emotional health, financial independence, and job prospects. Businesses face similarly significant consequences in the form of lost productivity, morale, and talent.
Incidents of workplace sexual harassment remain underreported and research on effective solutions is limited. The reports and articles, such as our #NowWhat Toolkit, produced by the Better Life Lab were created with the intention of being a source of information and promising solutions for workplaces and individuals so that together we can build work systems free of the culture that enables and systemizes such behavior.
